Julia had a dream to be a storyteller from an early age。 Later， Julia wrote a lot of lyrics for her husband as well as songs for many children’s TV shows。 As she has worked many years writing lyrics， she has become quite skilled in creating creative rhythms。

《咕嚕牛》
Julia likes to write fables。 Her famous story， ‘The Gruffalo’， is inspired by the Chinese story “Hu Jia， Hu Wei”， which tells the story of a little mouse that scares off other animals by relying on a dreaded monster。
朱莉婭喜歡寫寓言故事，令她一舉成名的作品《咕嚕牛》的靈感就來自中國成語“狐假虎威”，講述了一隻小老鼠，依靠可怕的大怪獸咕嚕牛嚇退其他動物的故事。
