Mother Duck is sitting inside a tree.
鴨媽媽臥在一個樹幹裡。
She is sitting on her eggs.
她正在孵化她的鴨寶寶。
This shell is broken.
蛋殼破了。
A little duckling is coming out.
一隻小鴨子鑽了出來。
Mother Duck looks at all her eggs.
鴨媽媽看著所有的鴨蛋。
Ten little ducklings are coming out!
有十隻小鴨子出殼了！
Mother Duck jumps down from the tree.
鴨媽媽從樹上下來了。
The ten little ducklings jump down, too.
十隻小鴨子也跟著跳了下來。
They are going with Mother Duck. They are all hungry.
他們一直跟著鴨媽媽。他們很餓。
Father Duck helps Mother Duck to look after the ten little ducklings.
鴨爸爸幫助鴨媽媽照看十隻小鴨子。
He stays at the back. They are all going down to the water.
他走在最後，他們要去小河裡。
On the way down to the water, Father Duck sees a dog.
在去小河的路上，鴨爸爸看見一條狗。
Dogs eat ducklings!
狗會吃掉小鴨子！
Father Duck plays a trick on the dog.
鴨爸爸故意騙了狗。
He makes his wing go down. It looks broken.
他垂著翅膀，假裝受傷。
The dog runs after Father Duck.
狗追著鴨爸爸。
But Father Duck has not got a broken wing.
但鴨爸爸的翅膀並沒有受傷。
He can fly. He can get away.
他可以飛，能夠擺脫狗的追趕。
Mother Duck and her ten babies go on walking down to the water.
鴨媽媽和十隻小鴨子繼續往前走，已經到了河裡。
They are safe.
他們很安全。
And Father Duck comes flying down to the water, too.
鴨爸爸也飛到了河裡。
Clever Father Duck!
