品啤者精釀啤酒餐吧

成立於2020年，2020 7月25日試營業至今致力於推廣精釀啤酒文化。店內以國內本土精釀品牌為主，打造哈爾濱範圍內國產本土精釀和世界酸啤最豐富的店鋪，店內37個生啤酒頭全年開放，瓶裝酸啤達到300餘款，想打造一個以推廣精釀文化為前提的創新型精釀啤酒餐吧品牌。

北平機器 Peiping Machine ，中國精釀啤酒獨立品牌。北平機器起源於北京市東城區方家衚衕46號院的一間古老的廠房內，這片園區的前身是著名的北京第一機床廠，建國前名為北平機器總廠，北平機器精釀啤酒由此得名。新鮮，是啤酒最重要的指標之一。北平機器一直致力於將中國本土和世界各地頂尖生啤與無國界美食搭配，創造極致味覺體驗。

英式復古酸甜可口

這是⼀一款復古經典的英式果酒，100%優質蘋果果汁發酵，酸甜可口，苦度為0。

It is a retro of classical British beer。 Brewed with 100% premium apple juice， refreshing sweetness， tastes no bitter。

酒精度ABV：6。5%

苦度IBU：40

這是一款酸渾濁IPA，顏色金黃，酸度適中，在釀造過程中添加了大量的進口芒果汁，在發酵過程中，使用夏洛，卡莉斯塔，蘇文，愛達荷7號酒花進行了3次幹投。入口是複合的水果味道：芒果、荔枝、檸檬、橙子、葡萄，酒體濃厚，果酸過去後是酒花爆炸香氣，以及濃郁的草本香氣。由北平機器&萬未精釀&北極星音樂聯合出品。

This is a sour hazy IPA with golden color and moderate acidity。 A large amount of mango juice was added in the brewing process。 Three times dry-hopped during the fermentation with sabro， callista， nelson sauvin and Idaho 7。 After taste， there are complex fruit flavors： mango， lychee， lemon， orange and grape。 Rich body and the fruity acid explode the aroma of hops and fresh woody aroma。 Released by Peiping Machine & Wanwei & Polaris Music。

茶葉清香麥芽回甘

西湖龍井，以清明節前採摘的嫩芽品質為最佳，取上好的明前龍井茶，與傳統經典啤酒花一起熬煮，發酵期間再使用茶葉進行幹投冷泡，使龍井嫩芽的清香苦澀充分與酒體相融合，入口柔和清香，酒體豐潤，回味甘醇。

West Lake Dragon-well green tea， its tender shoot has best quality when it is picked before Tomb-sweeping Day。 Picking the best Dragon-well green tea and boiled with traditional hops， dry hopping and then cold brewing green tea leaves during fermentation to mix green tea’s herbal and floral aroma with hops’ bitterness bring a softy and smooth mouthfeel， full-bodied， and a finish with a slight of sweetness。

生津止渴傳統味道

我們希望設計出一款老北京酸梅湯口味的啤酒，原材料選用了最經典的同仁堂（創建於1669年）煙燻烏梅與冰糖一起熬煮，又加入了有近三百年曆史信遠齋（創建於1740年）酸梅湯濃縮汁與麥汁共同發酵，色澤濃郁、酸甜爽口。

We hope to brew an old Beijing sour plum soup flavored beer。 The raw material is the most classic Tongrentang （founded in 1669）’s smoked plum and rock sugar are boiled together， and mix the 300 years old brand Xinyuanzhai （founded in 1740）’s sour plum soup， fermented with wort。 Rich color ale， sweet， sour and refreshing。
