釋義：擁抱；接受
小貼士：embrace本意是擁抱的意思，但是經常會被延伸為，接受支援某項政令，政策、決策的意思。

thaw
釋義：融化；（關係等）緩和
小貼士：關於融化的表達，除了我們熟知的melt以外，還有就是紀錄片中出現的這個thaw，thaw除了本意融化以外，也會表達，比如說原本很緊張的關係，狀態，在經過協調過後，變得緩和，復甦。另外melt這個單詞，在跟down組合成meltdown的時候，就不僅僅是融化的意思了，而是經濟上的暴跌、災難的意思。

小貼士：scratch這個單詞，本身是抓撓的意思，動詞名詞皆可。但是紀錄片中出現了一個特定用法，from scratch，意思為從一無所有，到平地而起，萬丈高樓。
